A Chihuahua in Every Stocking

This story is unusual in two ways: it’s not a book, just a long short story (15,500 words) and it’s only available for e-readers. [Update: Not any more! It’s now available in the back of our fifth book, The Silence of the Chihuahuas.) It is one of our favorites, featuring Pepe and Geri as they travel to the snow-bound Bavarian-themed town of Leavenworth, Washington to help a little girl find her lost Chihuahua on Christmas Eve.

It’s available for download from the following sources:¬†Kensington Books, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Books-a-Million and through Kobo. If you use the Kobo code below, I believe that our local bookstore, Elliott Bay Book Company, will get a small commission on the sale.

Good news! Kensington included A Chihuahua in Every Stocking as a bonus in our fifth book, The Silence of the Chihuahuas! You can order Silence of the Chihuahuas at Kensington, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Books-a-Million and through Indie-Bound.

There’s also a wonderful audio version. You can listen to an excerpt or order it at this link.

I love Chihuahuas and I love this series! I’ve read the first three books, so I’m looking forward to reading the short Christmas story and the next two novels.

I love this series! I have 5 grand-chis which I adore! I purchased the first 3 books and pre-ordered the latest one. I wish your Christmas story was available in a hard back with large print suitable for a young child.

What a great idea, Barbara! The good news is that the Christmas story will finally be available in print, as a bonus addition to the fifth book, which is coming out in late October/early November: The Silence of the Chihuahuas.
